ADVOCATING FOR RESPONSIBLE DATA CENTER DEVELOPMENT

What’s Happening
in Stafford

Stafford’s 18 data center applications seek to convert nearly 4,000 acres of land into heavy industrial facilities.

These proposals are not limited to already-industrial areas. Many would place massive data centers near homes, farmland, waterways, and rural communities—permanently changing the character of Stafford County.
